NEGLINKA FINANCE STRENGTHENS COOPERATION WITH BUSINESSES OF SHAANXI PROVINCE (PRC)
On October 15, 2025, NEGLINKA FINANCE took part in a meeting with a delegation from the Chinese city of Yulin (Shaanxi Province), held at the headquarters of “Business Russia” in Moscow.
The Chinese delegation included representatives of industrial and agricultural enterprises, as well as companies engaged in biotechnology, raw materials processing, and the development of new energy sources. On the Russian side, the meeting brought together members of the General Council, business ambassadors, and representatives of regional branches of Business Russia.
The event was moderated by Nonna Kagramanyan, Deputy Chairman and Head of the Executive Committee of Business Russia, who emphasized that strengthening partnership with China is among the organization’s key international priorities:
“We see a growing interest among Russian entrepreneurs in cooperation with China — from industry to biotechnology. Such meetings not only allow us to exchange experience but also to build concrete business connections,” she noted.
Representatives of NEGLINKA FINANCE discussed with their Chinese counterparts the possibilities of joint financial and investment projects, including tools to support export transactions, settlement mechanisms, and investment structuring models.
“It is important for us to be part of a live dialogue between Russian and Chinese businesses. We see great potential for expanding financial services that will help partners on both sides implement joint projects on a transparent and sustainable basis,” the company stated.
Among the Chinese enterprises presented at the meeting were Yulin Shamowan Biotech (ecological agriculture), Yulin Mingjie Nongtou Shuye (potato processing), Ingo Shiets (light industry and textiles), and Shaanxi Yulin Zhongtian Shiyou Group (new energy and technologies).
Following the meeting, the parties agreed to continue their dialogue and explore opportunities for joint business projects in the industrial, investment, and energy sectors.
