On
October 8–10, 2025, the Federal Territory "Sirius" will host the FINOPOLIS Forum of Innovative Financial Technologies — the key platform for discussing the future of the financial industry. The organizer of the forum is the
Bank of Russia.
The program includes five plenary discussions and about 30 thematic sessions dedicated to biometrics, artificial intelligence (AI), digital financial assets, cryptocurrencies, and experimental legal regimes.
