NEGLINKA FINANCE confirms the participation of the company’s representatives in the
1st International Transport and Logistics Forum, which will take place on
1–3 April 2026 in
St. Petersburg at the
Expoforum Convention and Exhibition Centre. Held in Russia for the first time, the Forum is positioned as a major international platform for discussing the future of transport corridors, logistics infrastructure, digital solutions, and new mechanisms for international cooperation.
To date, participation in the Forum has been confirmed by
around 5,000 attendees from more than 80 countries and territories, including delegations from the CIS, Asia, Africa, and the Arab world. This lineup highlights the international scale of the event and its practical importance for companies operating at the intersection of logistics, foreign economic activity, settlement infrastructure, and investment support.
For
NEGLINKA FINANCE, particular interest lies in that part of the business agenda where the transport sector is directly linked with
finance, banking, trade finance, insurance and settlement infrastructure, as well as digital platforms for international logistics. The Forum will focus on the development of international transport corridors, the new geography of global trade, the integration of logistics platforms, and the resilience of cross-border supply chains amid sanctions pressure and geo-economic restructuring.
Particular attention should be paid to the sessions devoted to
Russia’s transport policy in the new geopolitical and geo-economic environment, the formation of a
unified international logistics space, and the discussion of new models of international cooperation across the
EAEU, CIS, SCO, and BRICS+. For the financial and investment community, these themes are becoming a point of convergence for practical solutions: from supporting export-import operations and structuring international transactions to developing independent financial, insurance, and service mechanisms that ensure the
stable functioning of logistics chains.
Participation in the Forum offers
NEGLINKA FINANCE an opportunity to discuss with partners and market participants issues related to:
— trade finance for foreign trade supplies;
— banking support for international settlements;
— the financial architecture of logistics and infrastructure projects;
— insurance and guarantee instruments in international trade;
— deal structuring within new transport routes and export destinations;
— digitalisation of international logistics and foreign trade processes.
In the current environment, transport and logistics can no longer be viewed separately from financial infrastructure. The efficiency of international corridors today depends not only on ports, terminals, fleets, railway and road networks, but also on how quickly and reliably
payments, banking channels, insurance, documentary instruments, digital platforms, and trade support mechanisms operate.
NEGLINKA FINANCE views its participation in the Forum as an important part of its work at the intersection of
financial consulting, trade finance, international structuring, and support for foreign economic projects. The company continues to place particular emphasis on areas related to the development of new logistics routes, strengthening economic ties across Greater Eurasia, and providing practical solutions for businesses operating within a changing international architecture.
The Forum is organized by the
Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, with the
Roscongress Foundation acting as the operator and with the support of the
Government of the Russian Federation.
