From May 25 to 31, Moscow will become one of the key business platforms for entrepreneurs, technology companies, startups, investors and business development experts. The city will host the sixth Moscow Entrepreneurship Week — an event focused not only on launching new projects, but also on how businesses can grow, attract capital, enter new markets and use digital tools.

NEGLINKA FINANCE will take part in the business program of Moscow Entrepreneurship Week 2026, focusing on digital finance, technology entrepreneurship, investment infrastructure, project finance and the financial architecture of business growth.

Over the past five years, Moscow Entrepreneurship Week has brought together more than 700,000 participants, while its program has included over 90 events. This year, the key venues will include the Lomonosov cluster, the Skolkovo Innovation Center, the Digital Business Space and the Oruzheyny Business Center.

The week’s program will include nine events dedicated to launching and scaling businesses, franchising, marketing, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, technology projects and companies’ entry into new markets.

One of the first events of the week will be the Moscow Franchise Forum, which will take place on May 25 at the Lomonosov cluster. This year, the venue is expected to welcome more than 1,500 guests, over 50 industry experts and representatives of more than 30 franchise brands. The discussion will focus on scaling businesses through franchising, adapting to the current economic environment and implementing innovative solutions.

The flagship event of the program — Entrepreneur’s Day — will take place on May 26. Its business agenda will be dedicated to practical tools for business development: finance, tax law, marketing, branding, team management, complex negotiations and the search for new growth points.

A separate focus of Moscow Entrepreneurship Week will be placed on technology projects and startups. From May 28 to 29, Skolkovo will host Startup Village 2026 — a technology festival that this year will present an updated open-order format. Russian corporations will formulate specific innovation challenges, while startups will be able to propose solutions for piloting, implementation and further scaling.

Startup Village 2026 is expected to bring together more than 10,000 participants and representatives of around 3,000 startups. The business program will include over 90 sessions featuring more than 200 speakers, including international experts from 16 countries.

For NEGLINKA FINANCE, this area is of particular importance. Technology companies increasingly need not only investment, but also comprehensive financial packaging of projects: preparation of financial models, deal structuring, partner search, negotiation support, risk assessment and selection of optimal financing instruments.

Another important part of the program will be discussions on artificial intelligence, digital marketing, cybersecurity and protection of business digital infrastructure. These topics are directly linked to the development of a new entrepreneurial environment, where data, technology, finance and communications become part of a single corporate management system.
