On September 15, 2026,
NEGLINKA FINANCE will take part in the fourth RBC Capital Markets Forum, one of the key business platforms dedicated to the development of the Russian capital market.
The Forum will be held at the
RBC Event Center in Moscow and will bring together representatives of government authorities, the financial sector, issuers, arrangers, institutional and private investors, rating agencies, and the expert community.
For
NEGLINKA FINANCE, participation in Capital Markets has already become a tradition. The company has attended previous editions of the Forum and continues to follow the professional discussion around businesses’ access to capital, new financial instruments, and evolving investment strategies.
In 2026, the Forum agenda will pay particular attention to the macroeconomic conditions shaping the development of the Russian financial market, interest-rate dynamics, inflation and the exchange rate, financial-system resilience, corporate bonds, digital financial assets, securitization, investment instruments for high-net-worth clients, and engagement between companies and investors.
One of the central topics will be
how businesses can raise capital while financing costs remain high. Participants will discuss the transformation of the economy following a prolonged period of elevated interest rates, strategies in the debt market, opportunities to replace bank lending with bond instruments, and the development of new financing mechanisms.
NEGLINKA FINANCE notes that the market is increasingly requiring businesses to adopt a more sophisticated and comprehensive approach to capital management. The key issue is no longer simply the availability of financing, but also its structure, cost, maturity, the quality of project preparation, and a company’s ability to build long-term communication with potential investors and financial institutions.
“For us, Capital Markets is particularly valuable because it allows us to see the market from several perspectives at once — those of regulators, banks, issuers, asset managers, and investors. We have been participating in the Forum for several years and can see how the agenda itself is evolving: the market is moving from the search for accessible financing toward a more sophisticated discussion about capital structure, debt burden, the quality of investment projects, and investor confidence,” the NEGLINKA FINANCE Press Office said. The development of the corporate debt market is of particular interest to the company. The Forum program includes discussions on the role of bonds in the current economic environment, the emergence of new debt instruments, and the use of digital financial assets as one of the ways to raise financing. Separate sessions will also focus on securitization and companies’ engagement with investors in the public debt market.
According to
NEGLINKA FINANCE, the further development of the Russian capital market will largely depend on how effectively the interests of businesses, investors, and the financial infrastructure can be aligned. In an environment where the cost of capital is changing, a high-quality financial model, business transparency, the proper structuring and presentation of an investment proposal, and the selection of the optimal financing instrument are becoming particularly important.
Participation in Capital Markets enables
NEGLINKA FINANCE not only to monitor the key developments in the financial market, but also to maintain professional dialogue with market participants, assess new investment mechanisms, and incorporate current market trends into its work with projects and partners.
The
Capital Markets 2026 Forum will take place on September 15 at the RBC Event Center, located at
52/7 Kosmodamianskaya Embankment, Moscow.
