On 10 September 2026, NEGLINKA FINANCE will take part in an extended meeting of the Council on Financial Markets and Investments of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.

The business agenda will focus on practical mechanisms for preparing companies to attract government financing — from developing a strategy and financial model for a project to securing support, reporting, and undergoing compliance and control procedures.

The meeting will take place at the CCI of Russia as part of the work of the Commission on Government Support Measures for Industrial and Technological Development Investment Projects. The discussion will be held under the theme “How to Prepare a Business for Government Financing: From Idea to Reporting and Audits.”

Experts and business representatives will discuss the investment readiness of companies, legal and financial risks, verification of companies’ own investments, separate accounting requirements, as well as opportunities to combine government support instruments, private capital, and public-private partnership mechanisms.
